NOW also available with guaranteed 1 hour emergency response support - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Choose from the following:

  • Bronze  | Provide access to Subject Matter Experts for general questions and answers about your Plone / Zope based system, in a timely manner.

  • Silver  | Guaranteed emergency response from dedicated support staff, “Hands-on” remote diagnosis and issue resolution for your system.  Includes all features of plans above plus continued access to the Enfold Systems’ development infrastructure typically used during Client projects.

  • Gold  | Use available hours for any purpose, and obtain proactive systems administration & monitoring to ensure the ongoing security / dependability of your system.  Includes all features of plans above plus Included hours may be used as needed throughout the year.

  • Platinum  | On-demand assistance for your in-house development staff to maintain a high level of software quality and system performance throughout the software life cycle.  Includes all features of plans above plus real-time interaction with support staff via Skype, software code review, performance audits and quarterly reporting.

  • Dedicated  | Provide your organization with a full-time, dedicated, Plone expert to support, maintain and enhance your system – backed by the Enfold Systems infrastructure and team - without the worries that go along with employees.  Includes all features of plans above.
