Self-Help

Installed help files

From your Windows Start menu, go to All Programs > Enfold Proxy > Help. You can view the help documentation in either Microsoft Help or PDF format.

Online documents

Find installation and configuration instructions plus version change notes in the Enfold Proxy online documentation.

Assisted Support

Enfold Proxy purchases come with 30 days of installation support. During this period, a user who has purchased a license may submit an issue through the Enfold Server/Proxy Support collector. We will respond within eight hours during normal business hours (weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time).

All users of both trial and paid versions may submit issues at any time involving bugs or errors in our code. We will correct these problems free of charge as part of our commitment to the product.

Before creating a support request, please note:

  • Installation support expires 30 days after the purchase of a license.
  • Installation support covers installing Enfold Proxy and running it so that you can proxy requests from Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) to Enfold Server, Plone or a third-party Web application server.
