From your Windows Start menu, go to All Programs > Enfold Desktop > Help or Help (PDF).

Assisted Support

Installation help with purchase

Enfold Desktop purchases come with 30 days of installation support. During this period, a user who has purchased a license may submit an issue through the Enfold Desktop Support collector. We will respond within eight hours during normal business hours (weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time).

All users of both trial and paid versions may submit issues at any time involving bugs or errors in our code. We will correct these problems free of charge as part of our commitment to the product.
