Software purchase includes free upgrade

Starting today, Nov. 1, purchase of any Enfold Systems product will include a free upgrade to version 4 of the software.

The company is announcing the free upgrades to assure customers current purchases will be compatible with the recently released Plone 3.0 as soon as Enfold’s version 4 products are released:

Enfold Desktop 4 Beta is expected to be released in mid-November.
Enfold Proxy 3 is already compatible with Plone 3.0, but Enfold Proxy 4 will take advantage of new Plone features. A beta release is expected around the end of November.
The beta release of Enfold Server 4, which will include Plone 3.0, is expected around mid-December.

Beta releases will be suitable for production testing, with each production-ready final release expected about three weeks after the beta.

These estimates are based on Enfold's internal schedules and are subject to change.
