Enfold releases Proxy 4 public beta

Enfold Systems today made the first public beta release of Enfold Proxy 4, the product that makes it easier than ever to boost Plone’s performance.

Caution Beta software is for testing and review only and should not be used on mission-critical sites.

Enfold Proxy 4 Beta 2 is for users who want to review new features, test with existing Plone sites and alert Enfold about any critical, must-fix issues. New features in Enfold Proxy 4 include:

New help links in the configuration utility speed and simplify setup.
Revised, expanded documentation provides guidance on more ways to use Proxy to improve performance.
New annual subscriptions provide more comprehensive support with a choice of levels.

Depending on user feedback, the production-ready Enfold Desktop 4.0 release should be available within a few weeks.
